This year, Marine Toys for Tots has set an ambitious goal to donate 11M in toys. A partner since 1996, Hasbro is proud to champion this challenge by donating more than 4.3M toys in 2024.
Christmas is over and we're entering the last week of the year 2020. This year felt like a horror movie, so here's hoping next year... won't. I've got a fun week of posts in store to last you the rest of the year! Thank you for continuing to read Zone Base and please share with friends!
It's the start of another new week here on Planet Zone! We've got the tree up and the lights on outside the base so Santa knows to stop here first! I've got a fun week of programing planned including some more cool custom Kreons that look a lot like Microman/Micronauts figures. I also hope to have a Christmas episode of the podcast up sometime this week! Seasonal allergies and greetings! Thank you for reading Zone Base and please share!
I'm having a slightly brain dead day. Despite having a lot of fun this past weekend at Rangerstop, I'm still just a little fried. Maybe it's from displacing my sleep schedule, I took a million naps Sunday. Or maybe I'm just tired in general. Fortunately I have a long holiday weekend coming soon and plan to burn off some of those dead brain cells and get some solid mental refreshment. So, while I'm planning to put out some much better posts throughout the week, in the meantime check this out. Thanks to Netflix, every bodies talking Evangelion and maybe we're all better for it. While I'm slowly working my way through the first batch of episodes, I'm certainly enjoying it again. Here's a set of Evangelion game commercials for the SEGA Saturn. I do love SEGA, don't I?
I always wished I had gotten a Sega Saturn. I almost bought one instead of a PlayStation back when they were on shelves only to get a Playstation because none of my local stores had Saturns. Which worked out, I loved my Playstation and it was the de facto winner in that battle. Still the Saturn was so damn rad. NiGHTS was one of the consoles 'must have' games and this special Christmas edition was just a nice cherry on the top of a well crafted Sega sundae. Admittedly, watching this commercial I got a little jealous of the kids who got the Saturn for Christmas. That would have made for a great present.
