Gregory Horror is something I regret not fully getting into. I had first discovered it during a shopping trip to a local mall where I purchased a starter pack and some boosters for it's table top game. Not long after some stuff happened that completely took my focus off it and I soon forgot it aside from seeing random articles about it's video game adaptions. At that point I had fully moved on and eventually gave the game stuff away. Looking back at the games and other stuff, it looks like just the thing for some pumpkin spiced mayhem fun. Maybe this spooky season is a good time to check it out again

Spinjas don't get dizzy

This past weekend when I was at Kroger looking through the blind bag toys, I saw Beyblade packs and was admittedly tempted to grab a few. It's not the first time either, I've often thought they looked neat. My main draw to them though if thanks to Spinjas, a very long forgotten and short lived toy line/game from Parker Brothers. From what I've gathered the line has had a few reboots both officially and non officially throughout the years in various countries. Which isn't surprising. What's not to love about making little figures duke it out? Instead of wwwaaaaayyyyy too many rules and instructions that just don't make any sense (looking at you every other miniature game ever made). Just pop the toys in a little gizmo and let them fight as tops, who gets knocked out of the ring looses.

That damn witch scary as hell

This commercial looks like it's from the dark web. I'd recommend the game for a good Halloween activity, but ... I'm genuinely unnerved by this commercial. You saw that right? It opened with what appears to be a cursed video sure to bring whomever watched it pain and suffering and I'm pretty sure those kids are in a red room somewhere. I've talked about Satanic Panic when I was a child before, but... they might have had a point with this one... You sure the game isn't in a dybbuk box? That box looks like a dybbuk box. It's a dybbuk box.
