Haunted Hyundai

I'm a sucker for local business Halloween commercials. I mean duh, anything Halloween and I'm generally there... but dude. There's just a charm to these small production, homemade commercials and the attempt to stay fresh in customers minds. Buying a new car is a horrifying experience and you can tell Bob's about to rip you the hell off ... but come on. Coffee flavored Halloween jokes in a Hyundai commercial? Dang, it's almost worth being there all day while they take forever to process your paperwork and the finance department causing your credit score to lower somehow.

The Car's Carbon Footprint Is Murder

Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wolfman. These are names likely to come to mind when thinking about Universal Monsters. There's one forgotten monster from the studio that just... look, can we forgo the clever introduction? I just wanted to talk about The Car. The Car is a movie about an evil car that just murders anybody for no reason given aside from it's possibly demonically possessed. Maybe.

Havex Machines Strike Chopper and Boat

Strike Chopper base mode
My friend John sent me some Havex Machines toys and man are they neat. If you haven't seen the toys, they're nifty transforming toys with a tiny micro car that you roll into their bases. By way of a magnet, this triggers the spring loaded transformation where the base unit configures into a larger vehicle or robot.
Strike Chopper vehicle mode
These little toys are hard not to like as they're just fun. There's something to be said about driving a car into a parking spot and find yourself now the pilot of a space ship.

This was an exclusive boat that came with the Ultimate Battleship play set
I do have to wonder though just how easy it would be to drive a space ship with a steering wheel. Though I can make phone calls from my steering wheel, so I guess you can do anything with a Bluetooth connection.

Street Fighter Toyata C-HR commercial

So, I really like this commercial. I probably don't have to explain why, I didn't want a C-HR enough already... good job.
