When I think of places to get a costume for Halloween, I think of places like Walmart or Spirit. A Smoke Shop? It's not my thing, but if it's your thing, then I guess you've figured out a pretty cool way to score some munchies on Halloween.
A word of advice. When Mrs. Edna asks what you're supposed to be, just tell her. She doesn't need to hear how trippy the one dollar bill is. She's got glaucoma, she already knows. I must give credit where it's due, that is one extremely well done commercial. Nothing compares to old school local TV ads. Especially around Halloween.
