So, real talk, Shasta used to be a staple in my household. We drank to poop out of it when I was a kid. These days it's mainly a discount store soda that I still occasionally buy for the memories. Or I just buy a Faygo at the gas station, because they're the same company these days. Though, despite my fondness towards Shasta... ok look, THAT'S NOT IGOR.

Weird monster naming aside, man this is a wonderful commercial. Great production, good costumes. It really invokes the feeling of Halloween in the past. Which... I guess being filmed in the past it should ... it just feels like watching a old Halloween special doesn't it?

Pepsi is more than meets the eye!

I had completely forgotten about this commercial until seeing it again just now. I remember marveling how much the Coke machine looked like Soundwave. 

I swear it's just a coincidence that I prefer Pepsi!
